I was just riding along here and there was this old RV in a pull-out by the road burning!
It was a huge pyre with a single fireman trying to put it out.
I figure it was a protest from the poor old Winnebago..
Probably rejecting the "main-stream" RV-mania that is sweeping North American Highways.
The old fella must have just decide that enough was enough and decided to "Self Immolate"...
Much like the Iconic images of the Buddhist monk burning himself during the Vietnam war that we all have in our minds.
Sad to see the old fella go that way, but I gotta respect it.. It died "with its boots on" so to speak... Doing what it was built for - Touring the highways of America.
